(English Ministry)
 The English Speaking Congregation is a ministry for all
who speak English regardless of birth origin, ethnicity, race, or
denomination. We welcome all.
We have couples with children, young adults, youth, and seniors. You’ll
find a sense of home and belonging in this community. The English worship
service is held at 10:00am on Sunday.
After Children’s Time, children are dismissed from the worship to
attend the Godly Learning Time (from 10:30am to 11:30am) in which they learn
Chinese and other cultural activities through singing, learning Chinese
characters, dramas, and doing crafts.
I have two little girls. I was born and raised in Taiwan,
but came to the United
States to study at UC Riverside for my
bachelor degree. I graduated from Claremont School of Theology with a Master
of Divinity. My husband, Wes, is a mixture of Dutch and Norwegian and grew up
in Minnesota.
He was a missionary in Taiwan
almost 9 years.
Sunday school classes ranging from nursery to adult are held from 11:30am to
12:30 on Sunday. Fellowships are held at various times. Please click on the

Opening for a Pastor for the Chinese ministry.
Qualifications as
below:
1) One has to have a Master degree of Divinity
2) One was trained in a Methodist or UMC recognized school of
theology or in tune with John Wesley theology or one's
theology is compatible with United
Methodist Church's.
3) One has to be able to speak Cantonese and English well.
